Should really be working on accounting client stuff right now, but just can’t seem to get into it. Gotta do it eventually, but will try to put it off for just a bit longer.

Yesterday got a delivery of 2 sets of new sheets from JC Penney’s. Now this probably doesn’t seem all that exciting to most folks. Big deal–2 sets of sheets. Except that I haven’t had *new* sheets for over 15 years! Just the same ratty three sets that I’ve had for what seems like forever. In fact, one set is the original one that we got when we bought the waterbed back in the early 80’s! Back then you could only get waterbed sheets with designs on them–and most of the designs were weird 70’s awfulness. The sheets I just got are a plain color–one set is burgundy and the other set is hunter green. It was quite wonderful sleeping for the first time on brand new sheets. With the addition of my new comforter, it is becoming quite elegant in my bedroom.
