Once again the day of gluttony is here. The turkey is in the brine and will be stuffed and put in the oven in a few hours. Pumpkin pies will go in the oven soon, and all the rest will come together this afternoon. Really not all that much to do once the turkey and pies are completed.

Patrick and Veronica will be here early afternoon and Amanda will arrive around the same time. Probably will be a fairly quiet day with not too much else going on…unlike years past when it seemed like all of Patrick’s friends came by at one point or another. Who knows, though, perhaps there will be visitors as the day progresses….

I perused all the holiday shopping ads this morning…still have no idea what I’ll be getting in the way of Christmas gifts. Who knows, maybe something fantastic will come to mind as the time gets closer.

Haven’t yet decided what I’ll do this weekend. Maybe some Christmas decorating so I’m not doing it all at the last minute. Will see how motivated I am tomorrow.
