It started raining late this afternoon and is expected to continue throughout the weekend. The rain is ok in that we have had very little this winter. I need to do stuff inside over this long weekend, so I don’t mind the rain at all. It’s chilly outside as well. And I thought it was cold until I checked the various weather forecasts where my family members live across the country. The worst is in Wisconsin where my brother, Tom, and his family live. It’s supposed to get down to 10 degrees below zero tomorrow night! And the wind chill is something like thirty below! While it’s a bit chilly here, it is definitely not cold.

I have, however, turned on the heat in the dining room/living room for the first time this year as I am not willing to deal with even chilly tonight inside my house.
