That’s right, it’s humid here! Damn humid! Some kind of a storm from the southern Pacific is dumping humid air on us. Wouldn’t be nearly as bad were it not for the 90-100 degree temps that we’re experiencing. Left the a/c running all day in my bedroom and kept all the shades pulled all over the house. The indoor temp wasn’t too terrible when I got home and I’m sure the cats were grateful not to be baking all day. I’ll sleep fine tonight with the a/c running, but it’s been extremely uncomfortable everywhere else in the house this evening. Hopefully this weather pattern will change soon. Next week off work won’t allow me to follow through with all my plans in hot humid weather…

Patrick took off work today due to a problem with his hip resulting in him being unable to walk, sit or sleep without pain. Yuk! He’s got a doctor’s appt tomorrow morning. Hopefully the diagnosis is something that is fixable without doing anything radical.
