Don’t know who gave it to me but, since half the staff at work is coughing and sneezing, it could be anyone.  Came home about an hour early today, although I should have left about 4 hours early.  I’ve got tons of work to get done and wanted to try to get some of it finished before leaving.  Brought a bunch of stuff home with me with the hope that I’ll feel up to doing some of it tomorrow.  Since I had a slight fever tonight and have a really bad head cold and am coughing constantly, I decided to stay home.  Whatever I have is obviously contagious and I don’t need to be spreading it around to the remaining staff members who are still healthy.

Crappy way to head into the long President’s Day holiday weekend.  Will head out to the drugstore tomorrow to try to find something that will maybe get rid of this crud so that I can salvage at least a day or two of the weekend.  I’m thinking about wearing a mask the next time people in the office start coughing.
