First there was some kind of a power outage at the webhosting site that caused my website to be out of commission for a number of days.  Then it was the end of February when bunches of tax documents were due for private clients.  That’s over and at last I don’t have work to do when I get home after working all day!  Still have two months of work for one of my clients, but then it’s over!  Have some tax returns to deal with (including my own!) but nothing like the massive number I’ve had in the past.  Will deal with a good chunk of those this weekend so that I’m not going crazy in mid-April.

Weather is supposed to be fabulous this weekend, so yard work is definitely on my agenda.  May even visit a nursery for some new plants.  Daylight savings time begins next weekend, meaning I can do stuff outside after work since it won’t start getting dark until 7 pm.  Seeing all the miserable weather in most of the rest of the country, once again I’m so grateful to be living in So.Cal.

Got a big chunk of cash in my paycheck for the retroactive raise, so am heading to BestBuy to purchase a new monitor for my computer tomorrow.  Getting a flatscreen that will take up far, far less space.  Figured I might as well get it now while I can still write it off on my 2007 taxes.

People at work are getting sick once again with this damn bronchial virus.  I’m dosing myself up with Airborne with the hope that I don’t get the bug again.  My system is still not up to par and I don’t know that I can deal with another bout of crud in my chest.
