Only a couple of days were grey and then the sun returned.  Even though it’s not going to be real warm (like above 80 degrees), the temps will mostly be in the mid-70’s for the next week or so, and that’s ok.  The evenings are cool but, since I don’t really have any big plans for being outdoors after dark, I guess I can handle closing the doors and windows once the sun goes down.

I will be sooo glad when tomorrow is over.  I’m looking forward to 3 days off.  Had a Finance Committee meeting at 7 am today.  Yuk.  I’ve spent the past few weeks working on a reconciliation report and turned everything over to a parishioner who is helping with an in-house audit.  He’s still not satisfied.  I’ve about had it.  And this isn’t even the “real” audit which I need to complete within the next month.  I may not have to worry about what to do with my weekends during the month of June.  I may be working.

I turned on the tv tonight and there’s nothing on.  It’s all reruns.  I’m kinda glad in that I don’t wind up sitting down on the couch and not getting up until 11 pm.  But after getting up at 5 am this morning, I just couldn’t get going on much tonight.  So I’m watching HGTV and getting ready to head off to bed a bit early.  I’m certain I’ll sleep well tonight.  I’m ready for a long, relaxing weekend.
