That’s right, the TV is off and the NBA Finals are over as far as I’m concerned. Oh, the game is still on, but it’s not pleasurable to see the Lakers give it away to the Celtics. I watched up until the middle of the fourth quarter and just couldn’t take any more. The Lakers played perhaps their worst game ever. While I expected the Celtics would win (after the Lakers awful performance last week), I had hoped for a close game tonight. Not even. So the TV is off and we’ll wait until next year.

I’m kind of glad to have basketball done with for the year. I can now relax and catch up on all the yard work I’ve had to put off because of all the basketball games this spring. And my blood pressure can once again return to normal and not have to endure those game day spikes.
