Just watched the Nintendo E3 press conference. Animal Crossing City Folk for the Wii will be released by the end of the year! I am so excited I can hardly stand it! I don’t yet have a Wii, but will certainly be getting one over the next few months. I don’t want to wait until fall and not be able to find one.

The game looks really fun with lots of the things from the previous versions but with lots of new stuff as well. The big new thing is the microphone/speaker system where you can talk in real time with the people who visit your town via wifi. How cool is that?!

Hopefully Amazon will have a preorder system so that I don’t wind up waiting in line outside BestBuy!
