Jury duty earlier in the week really made a mess of my work schedule last week, resulting in lots of work stuff not getting completed. So I brought it home. Spent 5 hours on the computer yesterday and another 3 (so far) today. Will probably do another 2-3 hours tonight, but need a break from journal entries right now. Thank God I didn’t get picked for the jury or this would be my life for the next 3-4 weeks. The occasional weekend spent working is one thing, but I don’t think I could take a month’s worth of it.

Had the NCAA basketball tournament on tv in the background both yesterday and today. Had hoped that Dayton would go on to the Sweet 16, but shooting 22% just doesn’t make that happen. Don’t really have a favorite and wasn’t real impressed with any of the games. A few were kind of close and I guess they would have been more exciting for me if I cared who won. Wound up switching over to the Lakers-Bulls game last night. I guess I’m too much of an NBA fan to appreciate college ball.

So, if you’re reading this, you know that my website is now called iamthebombmom.com. I sold my other domain name last week (actually the transaction was finalized this morning) to someone who contacted me via a comment to one of my posts. Don’t know why they wanted the name, but I was happy to oblige them after negotiating what turned out to be a pretty good deal. I’ll be getting the funds from the escrow company later this week. I really liked that name and it was just a random chance that I chose it back in 2004 when I started the website. But I wasn’t attached to the name so much that I was willing to turn down the payment I was offered. Plus the new name is not that much different than the old one.
