The Lakers beat the Rockets 118-78 last night. Now that’s more like it. Game 4 in Houston on Sunday was a disaster, but the Lakers came to play last night and it was a great game. Game 6 is back in Houston tomorrow and I’m ready for the Lakers to end this round tomorrow. Looks like they’ll be playing the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals if they can just take care of Houston!

Other than basketball, not much going on with me. The weather is warm and I’m doing my best to water and keep my new plants alive. Put in a bunch of annuals in the front flowerbed just outside my front door on Sunday. Am hopeful I can finish up out back this weekend, but the temps are supposed to be in the 90’s so I’m not sure how much work I’ll be able to take.

The night-blooming jasmine started it’s early bloom last night and the smell is wonderful! Am glad the weather is warm enough that I can leave the back door open while I’m in the family room at night. It does make for a very pleasant evening.
