At 4:04 am this morning we had a 4.4 magnitude earthquake! While it doesn’t sound all that strong, it certainly felt strong. It woke me up and the cats were no where to be found. I called them both, but they wanted no part of coming out of hiding.

There was no damage anywhere and the only thing I noticed were the doors ajar on my china closet. It certainly is a rude awakening, though, when you are shaken like that at 4 in the morning! Seems the majority of our shakers happen during the wee hours of the morning. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of things to come…
