So it’s in the 80’s and 90’s in LA while I’m visiting Seattle where it’s in the 40’s!!! And I am freezing! It’s also raining, and raining, and raining. And then it rains some more.

Today we went to Pioneer Square in downtown Seattle. It’s sort of like what Old Pasadena used to be before the Gap, Pottery Barn and other such stores moved in. Unfortunately it poured down rain the entire day. We wandered around and saw some great old buildings, but it would have been a bit more enjoyable if it had been dry weather. Underground Seattle is underneath that area and I’d like to go there next summer when I come to visit again.

Other than a bit of shopping and a visit to Robin’s preschool today, we’re spending most of my visit indoors…which is fine by me. I’m looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow!

Having lots of fun with Robin and will hate it when I have to leave him…but am definitely looking forward to the warmth of LA once again!
