…and I’m exhausted tonight!

Started off the day taking Veronica and Patrick out to breakfast for Veronica’s b-day which was Friday. Had a nice relaxing breakfast where we ate more than we should have–or at least I did! Good thing I guess since I needed lots of energy for the remainder of the day.

While Patrick and Veronica took a swim, I started in on the garage once again. Patrick came out to help me after cooling off in the pool and we made a huge dent, clearing out a big chunk of floor space. We still have lots remaining to sort through, but we have most of the old kitchen cupboards emptied out so that we can remove them next week. And we’ve thrown out a mountain of stuff. Both the regular trash can and the recycling can are filled to the top and we have gigantic pile of stuff for the unlimited pickup next week. Additionally, there’s another huge pile for the garage sale. Thanks, Patrick, for all your help!

It will be extremely nice to be at this point next weekend with a huge pile of stuff out at the curb ready for pickup. Boy will that feel good!
